We are looking for volunteers to setup our Remuneration Committee. The purpose of this Committee is to review the annual budget which is allocated for the remuneration of Board Non-Executive Directors.
The intention is for the Committee to meet at Glasgow Credit Union’s office on Tuesday, 26 September from 1715 – 1900 hrs, and annually thereafter.
The Committee will be made up of members of the credit union who are not employees and are not existing or previous Directors. The term will be for an initial period of 3 years.
