Giving Glasgow made a £500 donation to Helenslea Community Hall to help them continue their excellent work with the most vulnerable in their community.
As well as providing free football and dance clubs for local children, Helenslea also organises events for local residents.
During COVID, the community halls’ volunteers made and distributed over 2,500 washable face masks for free, as well as carrying out various outreach services such as food delivery and welfare telephone check-ins.
