Frank has 14 years working in public affairs roles in Scotland’s third sector, including almost a decade leading on policy and government relations in Scotland for the Association of British Credit Unions Ltd and six years on the Board of Social Enterprise Scotland. Frank was previously Senior Secretary to a Scottish Member of Parliament, and currently Charity Development Manager for ENABLE Scotland.
Having led on credit union policy during the movement’s most rapid period of growth, Frank has first hand experience of the potential credit unions have to tackle poverty and financial exclusion, and to disrupt the financial services market with highly competitive services – rooted in co-operative values.
